UCLA v. Rice (63 - 21)
I live in Southern California and live the digital lifestyle. I love technology, engage in social networks and thanks to the Amazon Kindle enjoy reading again. I listen to many podcasts and am interested in the paranormal. I don't go ghost hunting or anything like that, but I love reading, viewing and listening to a great fright!

Daddy, how was I born?...
DAD SAYS: "Ah my son, I guess someday you will need to find out anyway! Well, your Mom and I first got together in a chat room on MSN. Then I set up a date via e-mail with your Mom and we met at a cyber-cafe."
"We sneaked into a secluded room, where your mother agreed to a download from my hard drive. As soon as I was ready to upload, we discovered that neither of us had used a firewall, and since it was too late to hit the delete button, nine months later a blessed little Popup appeared and said:"
"You've Got Male!"

Randomness
We're experiencing our first autumn weather and it's a bit nippy out. The sun finally came out around 4 p.m., but then a light breeze arrived and it was enough to chill things. I'm actually excited about the change and am looking forward to Halloween.
The weather has put me in the mood to watch my favorite fall movies. Yea, I have certain movies that I watch annually between September through December. I usually watch them alone as Boo can pretty much leave them!
~ The Deer Hunter
~ Hannah and Her Sisters
~ Sleepless in Seattle
~ Falling in Love
~ Husbands and Wives
~ Misery
~ You've Got Mail
These I have yet to buy on DVD, didn't even know they'd been released. Yea, I'm still watching films on VHS.
~ September
~ Simon Birch
~ The Joy Luck Club
~ East of Eden
And uh, after spending the holiday weekend assembling our new media center, which just happens to be well - full, I doubt Boo will let me buy the missing DVDs. Sniff. I guess it's my turn to practice what I preach and just deal!
