Spectacular Weather
We have had some fantastic weather since Tuesday. We're in the mid-seventies to low eighties and I'm just beside myself with glee! The sky was so clear and blue today, that several of us went for a quick jaunt around the complex. People are out and enjoying themselves and I have to keep telling myself that this will not last - it's winter. Oh, but I wish it would. LOL
I live in Southern California and live the digital lifestyle. I love technology, engage in social networks and thanks to the Amazon Kindle enjoy reading again. I listen to many podcasts and am interested in the paranormal. I don't go ghost hunting or anything like that, but I love reading, viewing and listening to a great fright!

Mini Books
I was at a Borders Books people watching between perusing cookbooks and noticed the gathering around the Mini Book kiosk. What is the fascination with mini books? They cost between $5.95 and $8.95, so why not buy a standard sized book with more content? Of course, the kiosk is surrounded by women, so maybe it's the wisdom being disseminated in bite size morsels!
Unrelated: On the drive home I was behind a mini-coop auto with the license plate - C MNI ME. Now that's a great plate!
