iPods interfering with Pacemakers?

I heard the news story yesterday while visiting my mom and thought it a hoax. Of course, if Computerworld reported it reported it a day earlier than my local channel, it must be true, right? Never mind that the studies leader is a high school student who placed the iPod within two inches of a pacemaker. I don't know about you, but I rarely have occasion to place my iPod close to any chest.

Also, the study was limited to the number of participants, wasn't in a controlled environment, didn't test other types of MP3 players and didn't consider the vintage of pacemaker.
