Gee, where were we?
Autumn's first rain arrived bringing cold temperatures and plenty of rain to snarl traffic, moisten the road enough to wreak havoc on Angeleno's who don't know how to slow down and caught individuals without rain coats or umbrellas. I observed many teens wearing hoodie jackets walk about looking like wet puppies.
