The heat wave continues and the nights have been fabulous. We returned home around 11:30 p.m. with the Dodgers beating the Diamond Backs 10 - 4, this was a jamming game! The Dodgers had attendance of 47,000 plus and they played their hearts out. LOL Buddah was wide awake and raring to go as nocturnal felines are prone to do, so we sat outside in the warmth of the evening until 12:30 a.m.
We're BBQing when it cools down and staying away from the beaches/parks and crowds. After last night, we've communed enough with our fellow humans. Our upstairs neighbor emailed that she'd installed her second new A/C by herself and was quite comfortable now, so I doubt we'll be seeing much of her!Everyone have a fantastic holiday and enjoy the day off.
It's raining here today, but that's not going to stop our celebrating :)
