Dismantling

Ah, last spring and summer we spent several days organizing the garage with shelving units. We bought several utility shelves and assembled them. We stocked the shelves with items and all was right with our world. Little did we suspect that a scant nine months later it would all have to come down!

Yes, we spent the day dismantling two shelving units and deciding what to transfer and discard. A very long, tedious and physical process that I don't mind admitting I did not enjoy. We have been so busy the past three weeks that I hoped for a quiet, relaxing and uneventful weekend.

It seems like there's always something, doesn't it. Whatever happened to lounging on the weekend? This project has a deadline that we're hustling to meet and I will be so jubilant when it's completed!

We'll tackle it again first thing tomorrow morning and this go round, I'm listening to music. I was so slow today and didn't figure it out until the end. Yea, not a moment of bulb flashes...more like a slow leak. LOL
