Random Questions; Random Days



This is "Be Kind to Animals Week." How many pets do you have? One indoor cat, he's my boy Buddah and two outdoor cats that adopted me! LOL One is named Little Girl, she arrived de-clawed (very heartbreaking to do this to any animal), but rules the outdoors with an iron paw. The other is Chit Chat, whom we didn't know who, if anyone, he belonged to. Well, seeing as how he wouldn't leave our backyard and was darned cute and friendly, we immediately took him to the vet to be uh, snipped.



Lo and behold, three days later our neighbor exclaims, "Oh there he is. He belongs to a guy in the apartments next door to me." We were struck with horror at the thought of having had Chit Chat fixed. Says my spouse, "Well, maybe the guy won't notice!" I wanted to laugh and cry at the same time. Anyway, no one ever came looking for him, Chit Chat never left, and all is right in our little family.
