::Surprises in the Mail::



Onesome: Surprises-- Hey, do you like surprises? ...and what kinds? Birthday parties, dinners out? ...or are you one of those people who absolutely has to know what's going on before it happens? My spouse will arrive home with surprises of clothing or something for my camera. Or, packages arrive from HSN and QVC bearing surprises. I love being surprised, especially because I hate to shop!



Twosome: in the-- nick of time: How do you keep track of birthdays and anniversaries and events you need to remember but only occur once a year? ...and where is your bailout place for cards and such when you've cut things a little too close? I've place all important events in my PDA and set them for annual reminders. Also, B. has a very good memory so that helps a lot!



As for cards, Hallmark is my favorite haunt, of course. In a pinch, I can make one with my rubber stamping supplies. Lord knows, I have enough to make several cards! LOL I also sometimes buy several theme cards and have them "just in case". That's certainly helped a whole lot.



Threesome: Mail-- Mail Call! Did anything interesting show up lately besides the bills? ...and do letters and cards still make it to your place or have email and ecards taken it all over? Inquiring minds and all that... Thankfully, cards still make it to my home. I'd miss them terribly if they didn't. Especially come Christmas time when my niece sends photo cards. I love receiving those best.



I received several fun items in this week's mail. A new jean jacket, pink cotton top with hearts, and black caprice. All will probably be worn this weekend. I have to "break them in", afterall. I mean, if I don't wear them, how can I be sure they fit???
