It was another indie artist weekend and I'm glad. Sometimes I tire of the mainstream music that I own and need a change. Some funk mixed with rock fused with Reggae, nothing wrong with that except that the audience for it is probably pretty small. This means no beaucoup bucks for the artist since they're not in the music industry's eye, which is a good thing because peeps like me come along, find it, give it a listen and appreciate the artist's work for what it is, not because it has the potential to sell a million CDs.
