Happy June and the arrival of Summer!



I'm sorry I've only been posting meme answers, I've been very busy and preoccupied with my cat. Buddah returned home Sunday as planned and looks even thinner than when he was admitted. He required near the maximum dose of radiation and his appetite is not where it should be.



I didn't expect the radiation treatment to be a panacea, I just hoped for noticeable improvement. Sadly, for me, it's not evident. He's vomiting (which the doc's tech told me is not uncommon), wish they had told me this before he began, so that I wouldn't freak out. It pains me to see him very lethargic and thin.



Initially, his regular vet said not to bring him in for two weeks, he'll be free of radioactivity then, however after explaining his symptoms, she wants to do a blood panel and see what's going on. So, we're off to do that this morning.



Other than this, I'm totally excited and happy that the warm weather's upon us and summer is beckoning at our door! I had a very nice and relaxing Memorial weekend and have been engrossed in watching the Lord of the Rings Trilogy. Tonight we'll watch the final installment and then maybe I'll try tackling the special features.
