1. Do you take vitamins and if so, what? Yep, I sure do and they're too numerous to count. I take at least 15 vitamins daily.
2. Do you make an effort to eat healthy, or you eat whatever you feel like eating? I try to stay away from fried food as much as possible.
3. What two types of food do you have a hard time staying away from? Pasta and bread.
4. What are two food items you refuse to eat? Fish and liver.
5. Are you pleased with your daily diet or do you think it could be better? Oh, I could use a lot of improvement and that will be a New Year's Resolution.
