Hail
We were enjoying a delicious meal of chicken parmesan and ten herb chicken when it began hailing. Most folks were caught unprepared sans hats, umbrellas or coats, so pretty much folks just scurried for cover. We observed the deluge from inside the warmth of the restaurant and slowly ate hoping it would all be over by the time we finished. It was and we merrily made our way to the mall to exchange items. It was a freezing day for Angeleno's....48 degrees to be precise and we would be very happy if Mother Nature would send us sunshine and heat! It snowed in Tujunga which is a scant 1,800 feet above sea level. I think it's snowed only twice in the town's history.
Finding that I own the entire series of Harry Potter DVDs and have yet to view any, we thought it would be a good night to start. So, I'm off to view the first in the series, having decided which is first by observing the dates of release that's right, I don't know the sequence of the Harry Potter saga. Sad as I am, I admit that I've not read a book, either. My friend Rae and her brother DD have read each book and viewed every film. She's buys two copies of the hardcover upon release, it seems brother and sister never learned to share! LOL
