Eagles...Bust!

Damn, spouse tried and tried for tix to the October 8th performance and couldn't get anything less than $175. Now, we like the Eagles a lot but, $175 worth, not! Bands need to come up with more reasonable pricing and a better method of ticket sales. I know - know - half if not most tickets were sold to scalpers, who will turn around and sell them for $1,000. What's the average person to do? It not like bands like the Eagles, U2, etc. play small venues and there's an opportunity to see them in the near future.

Are we bummed? You bet. I've already asked Boop to please ask her boyfriend if he's working the Staples enter during the Eagles performance. If he is and he can get us tix, we'll gladly pay for them. If not, can he sneak us in? That'll be just as good, too. I've put the concert dates in my PDA with the alarm set to remind me one week in advance. That will be when I began reminding Boop to ask her boyfriend. Surely, he'll know by then! Mojo, thank you so very much for trying so hard. Hey, at least we tried.
