I'm Bummed

Ever have those moments when you can't seem to find space or time for yourself? We all have, come on be honest. It's that time when you're easily annoyed and have no explanation why. The moment when everything your significant other does, just seems to bug the hell out of you. Well, when I've had my moments, I think of a million things I would do if I were alone. Oh, the list endless!

Today spouse had to work the rare weekend. There's a big shindig going on at work and spouse, like the rest of the department, had to be there to ensure that everything's in place and operable before the frous frous arrive. So I here I sit alone at home, missing spouse terribly and wishing the day would pass quickly. Of course, I can think of absolutely nothing to do.

Well, I did think of one thing...I went for a walk. Yea I know, a large collective sigh of relief, huh? Anyway, I came upon this brick wall and decided to snap a photo of it. I thought some children had been very creative and wanted to acknowledge their creativity.

This is what happens when you don't use a tripod!

No sooner had I snapped my shots than a man in his early fifties came out of nowhere and exclaimed, "Oh, you like it, huh? I'm gonna do another one tomorrow. Come back then." Finally finding my voice I said, "Uh, I thought kids had done this."

"No, no, it was me. I don't want kids writing on my wall. It's the beginning of graffiti, you know." So, I guess since he's a mature adult, his wall of chalk will not lead to graffiti?
