Boop

Boop is all moved in to her new place and is a scant one mile from me. How did that happen? LOL Especially considering her boyfriend's insistence that she move to Los Angeles proper. Now she's whining about her upstairs male neighbor. He's apparently quite loud and awakens at 4 a.m. I'm just sitting in my cube busting up as I listen to her whining.

She's experienced a lot of challenges lately and overall, she's doing great. I'm so happy for her. There are many people who could not effectively deal with her challenges. They would've already fallen apart. Boop keeps chugging along and I try to be there for her as best I can. Ours is probably the closest co-worker/partner-in-crime relationship that I've had in a long time.

I don't normally bond with co-workers. You know the adage: "They'll spread your business everywhere and you have to work with these folks." We get along well and talk about many different and meaningful things. It's not all superficial or fun. I'm glad Boop's my partner-in-crime and I think even she'd agree that we're a good mix! LOL
