I'm beat!

This week kicked my butt. Our weather's been pretty nice, even with the breeze and I'm so looking forward to the weekend. I rented Birth starring Nicole Kidman. Haven't a clue what it's about. A friend recommended it and since I had a free rental coupon, I figured "what the heck" and rented it.

Spouse is full of surprises...we may score tix for The Eagles concert in Anaheim. I saw them during the 'When Hell Freezes Over' tour and they were unforgettable. I didn't know they were touring again. Apparently, the L.A. shows at the Staples Center are sold out. Just our luck, too, as it is the venue closest to us.

I'm bummed to learn that Elton John has no concert dates in San Diego. That's right, I was willing to drive down to San Diego to see him. He is in Anaheim during Mother's Day weekend, but we're already booked solid with my mom and my mother-in-law. I guess, it's Vegas....spouse, are you reading this??? Elton does a stint in Vegas when Celine's resting! LOL May the Lord smile upon me and get me to an Elton John concert in 2005.

Top Five On Friday
This week is much easier than last week's:

Top five songs with a name in the title.

The Beatles Lucy in the Sky (with Diamonds) Not on of my faves, but a pretty good tune anyway.
Van Morrison Gloria A song sung by many artists and still quite popular.
Eric Clapton Layla My sister Glo turned me onto this song and it's one of the few times we searched for a song together.
The Rolling Stones Ruby Tuesday A Stones classic.
The Kinks Lola Try not to get lost in the rhythm and listen to the words. It's an interesting story!
