Random Ten

I've always liked the Doors and CCR and got the rhythm for Love her Madly stuck in my head. Jim Morrison's voice was so unique and rich, another classic case of an artist perishing before his time. Thankfully, CCR merely disbanded. These songs are really timeless and I just awoke with Susie Q's guitar rift on repeat! LOL It's really quite nice when that happens. I get to float through the day accompanied by music!

I'm glad the Music Memoirs gals have come up with another meme. What film could be a success without music. The answer none. Even the early silent films recognized music as an intrinsic part of a film. This is the soundtrack of my weekend. It's rock music to do housework by, dance to, chill with or just plain enjoy!

- Creedence Clearwater Revival (CCR) Born on the Bayou
- Doors Roadhouse Blues
- CCR Susie Q
- Doors Love Me Two Times
- Doors Light My Fire
- CCR Run Through the Jungle
- Doors L.A. Woman
- CCR Sweet Hitch-Hiker
- Doors Love Her Madly
- Doors Hello, I Love You
