Sad News



This morning I received very sad news about the passing of a friend's sister. Syl had been battling breast cancer, which spread to other parts of her body, for three plus years. She demonstrated a will to live that I saw matched by sister Alice's. Syl, like Alice, showed enormous strength, courage and determination and I admired that so much. I don't know that I would have the ability they did. I honestly don't.



Sadly, Syl's battled has ended, however, she's entered a new journey with our Creator. She is no longer suffering and in pain. She's free of the prison that was her physical body and I'm very happy for her and her family. Her family has also suffered seeing Syl as she was and being unable to cure or remove her pain.



So to S.T. I say:



You were loved.

You were appreciated.

You brightened and touched many lives.

You are missed and God bless you.
