Tuesday Twosome

Problems with...

1. A co-worker: Ignore it or confront him/her: It depends: If it's someone I know to be normally reasonable then I'll approach them. If not, I'll ignore them. You can reason with the ignorant or fanatics!

2. A retail purchase: Go back to store and try to fix it or It just isn't worth going back: Go back to the store. I took the time to shop for the item I wanted.

3. Customer Service over the phone: Accept it and move on or ask for name and then request to speak to the supervisor: Definitely ask for name (if I don't already have it!) and ask for a supervisor.

4. Your health: Ignore it because the less you know the less you have to worry or call for an appointment immediately: It depends: if I'm in pain I make an appointment immediately. However, if it's just a nagging annoyance, ah, ignore it. It'll go away!

5. Electronic equipment: "Good thing I bought the warranty" or "Crap, what do I do now?": Crap, what to do now. I believe warranties are a waste of money. Most electronic equipment will fail in ther first 60 days and most warranties are for at least one year.
