White Rabbit

There's no particular reason for this title other than I'm listening to the Jefferson Airplane and Grace Slick singing White Rabbit. One of my all time favorite rock songs from the 60s. This song is timeless and sounds as sharp today as it did back then. Some music is so dated that if it's out of its era, one doesn't want to listen to it!

We went to the Orange County Fair yesterday and had a great time. We bought some items...I was very good and didn't overboard...however, my spouse had to have a set of tools. What the heck, we both work so that we can enjoy and have the things we want, right?  LOL  I'm just glad it wasn't me.  LOL   When Christmas comes I'm pulling out the tally sheet!

I've posted some pics on my photo blog and hope you'll pop over and check them out. The Fast Supper art piece is a real gem. We were laughing because when we arrived, no one was viewing it. People were hurridly walking past it in search of whatever. We stopped and began identifying by name, all the characters we could. The moon guy on the right stumped us and soon another boomer approached and insisted Mr. Moon was from Jack in the Box.

I insisted that Mr. Moon was from McDonalds but couldn't remember his name. Before we knew it we had ten or so people gathered round discussing the piece and I couldn't snap my photo! So we left to check out other pieces and wait until the crowd thinned so that I could return for my photo. If anyone knows Mr. Moon's name, please leave a comment. I even dreamed about him!
