Nothing is sadder than returning to work on Monday and discovering a co-worker's passed on. One our electricians died of a heart attack on Saturday. He was a very nice, friendly and helpful man. One of the few who would volunteer to help you if he saw the need. It's shocking how quickly things can change.

On the home front, I've reconnected the notebook to the wireless network. I tried restoring to an earlier point and that failed miserably. Undaunted, I then uninstalled the driver and software, shut down completely, started her back up and installed the wireless card software again. All is well thank goodness and Boo's happy!

I returned from lunch to find my friend Guapo's Muvo sitting on my desk with a lone CD and a 512 meg SD card. He'd told me that his music stopped playing after he'd loaned it to a friend at the gym. I opened it up to switch out the 256 meg card and install the 512 meg - no card. Yep, whoever borrowed it ripped him off so no wonder he heard no music. :-( Some people are just plain mean and cold.

Guapo's going on three weeks training after the Labor Day holiday and he wants music that will keep him going during maneuvers. I figure some dance music for sure, any other suggestions???
