~ It's a "bedroom community". I have to go out for a lot of entertainment, which is fine with me.

~ Every summer for nine or so weeks, we have live music by several bands during Summer Jubilee. It's all free!

~ Billboard signs/advertising are heavily regulated. We have a nice skyline with no eyesores.

~ We're centrally located to two major freeways and close to the mountains. The beach is thirty minutes away and we're centrally located to downtown L.A.

~ We have five parks in our 7.6 square miles of land.

~ We have an excellent police force and a reputation for folks not desiring to get stopped in our borders.

~ Fall and Winter we have free live music every Friday night.

~ Barking and party restrictions are strictly enforced with fines. We don't have any problems.

~ We have a great multiplex theater and a variety of cuisine.

~ We have a low crime rate.
